Executive Assistant / Office Manager

 

We are looking for a highly organized, outgoing, and resourceful EA / Office Manager to be the backbone of our San Francisco office. We are open to recent graduates from top-tier universities who are sharp, ambitious, and plugged into the founder/startup ecosystem, as well as candidates with 2+ years of experience in a similar role at a VC firm. You will be a key driver of our in-person community experience, responsible for keeping the SF office running smoothly and executing high-touch events for founders and investors.


 

What you will do:

Planning and executing high-touch events - typically 1 per week (e.g., founder dinners, executive roundtables) to broaden the firm's network. This includes logistics, invitations, and attending the events to build relationships.

Managing the day-to-day operations of the San Francisco office, including vendor management, restocking supplies, and ensuring the space is always guest-ready.

Providing executive assistance to the Managing Partner when he is in San Francisco, including calendar coordination and meeting logistics.

Supporting the two SF-based team members with scheduling and meeting preparation.

Acting as the main point of contact for the SF office, managing access for new founders and visitors, and handling building management communications.
