About the Role:
You’ll analyze business operations, streamline processes, and create reporting that supports strategic decision‑making. This role partners closely with Operations, Finance, HR, and IT to enhance organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and improve business processes to enhance efficiency and reduce risks.
- Develop KPIs, dashboards, and performance reports.
- Conduct data analysis and deliver actionable insights to leadership.
- Support process documentation, workflow mapping, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to support forecasting, planning, audits, and compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in business operations or analytics.
- Strong Excel skills and experience with BI/reporting tools.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
- Preferred: Power BI/Tableau experience, Lean/Six Sigma exposure, financial or project support.
Work Environment:
Hybrid – must be based in Cincinnati, OH. Mix of on‑site collaboration and remote analytical work.
