⚡ The 14-Day "Elite" Trial Period
We believe in results, not just resumes. All new hires enter an intensive 2-week performance trial.
The Objective: You will be given full access to our industry-exclusive leads and training. Your goal is to hit specific outbound call volume (150-300 daily) and conversion KPIs.
The Reward: Successful candidates who hit their targets will transition to a permanent position with uncapped commission.
The "Cut": We move fast. This is a high-performance environment. Candidates who do not meet the minimum KPI thresholds by the end of the 14-day trial will be released. We only keep the best.
💰 Compensation & Upside
Structure: 100% Commission-Based.
Earning Potential: From $80,000.00 per year (First-year OTE).
Top Performers: Our elite reps take home $10,000 – $20,000+ per month.

Pipeline Mastery: Maintain an active pipeline using our advanced management structure for maximum conversion.
