Cornerstone Residence of Bagley
Cornerstone Residence of Bagley is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to provide clinical leadership and ensure high-quality assisted living care for our residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all resident healthcare needs are met
  • Oversee and coordinate assisted living services
  • Train and support staff on current assisted living policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with Minnesota Assisted Living License regulations
  • Supervise staff and service delivery
  • Partner with the Clinical Nurse Supervisor and Assisted Living Director (ALD)

Qualifications

  • Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in Minnesota (current and unrestricted)
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a related field
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
