Baking life sweeter since 1955, Bethel Bakery is an iconic, family-owned and operated retail bakery. We take pride in creating exceptional products and customer service experiences that bring a special joy to life. We’re currently seeking a Cake Decorator who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment, making high-quality desserts.
What You’ll Do:
- Decorate cakes, cupcakes, and pastries using French Buttercream, fondant, and airbrush techniques
- Create custom and seasonal designs, including wedding cakes
- Maintain quality standards and keep inventory stocked
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience decorating cakes (fondant & airbrush a plus)
- Attention to detail and taking pride in creating something exceptional
- Comfortable standing on your feet all day
- Excited to learn the Bethel Bakery style of decorating cakes
Schedule:
- Full-Time; 40 hours per week; 8 a.m.–4 p.m.
- Monday–Saturday (with one weekday off, subject to change)
- Closed Sundays & major holidays
- Must be available to work during our busy holiday seasons
Pay & Perks:
