About the Role
We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented People Operations Summer Intern to join our People Ops team for Summer 2026. This is a generalist-style internship designed for students interested in Human Resources and Resource Management. You’ll gain hands-on exposure across the employee lifecycle while supporting day-to-day People Ops work and special projects that impact our people, culture, and growth.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, curious, and eager to learn how a modern People Operations team operates within a fast-paced agency environment.
What You’ll Do
Resourcing & Staffing
- Support resourcing and staffing requests across teams, including contract and freelance needs
- Assist with resourcing efforts such as freelance outreach, availability tracking and staffing coordination
- Support basic data analysis and reporting related to resourcing, staffing capacity, and utilization
Onboarding & Employee Experience
- Assist with new hire onboarding logistics and documentation
- Support preparation and organization of onboarding materials and internal resources
- Help ensure a smooth, welcoming onboarding experience for new employees
Office Move Coordination
- Assist with office management tasks, including coordinating logistics, organizing resources, and ensuring smooth communication between vendors and internal teams
People Operations & HR Support
- Provide day-to-day support to the People Operations team across core HR processes
Talent Acquisition Support
- When needed, support candidate sourcing efforts across platforms such as LinkedIn and referrals
- Support with scheduling when needed
Culture, Engagement & Programs
- Support culture-building initiatives and employee engagement activities
- Assist with planning and execution of internal programs, team events, and communications
- Help gather feedback and insights to support improvements to the employee experience
Internship Program:
- Support coordination of the summer internship program in partnership with People Ops
- Assist with internship check-ins, feedback collection, and the intern review process
- Collaborate with fellow interns and work with the People Operations task force on a structured summer internship project

What We’re Looking For
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Genuine interest in People Operations, HR, and/or Talent Acquisition
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
- Reliable, proactive, and eager to learn
- Comfortable working remotely and collaborating across teams
Nice to Have
- Prior internship or coursework related to HR, recruiting, or operations
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or HR software
- Experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
- Interest in or exposure to AI tools used in recruiting or operations
