Turn relationships into life-changing mission experiences
We're looking for a relationally-driven, detail-oriented professional who thrives on connecting people to purpose. If you love building genuine donor relationships, managing data that tells a story, and knowing your work directly enables 250+ students annually to experience transformative mission trips, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
- Cultivate donor relationships: Make strategic phone calls to current supporters and prospective donors, building authentic connections that deepen engagement with our mission
- Drive fundraising initiatives: Support campaigns, direct mail efforts, and fundraising events from logistics to follow-up, ensuring every touchpoint moves donors closer to impact
- Master our CRM: Maintain Salesforce with excellence—accurate data entry, segmentation, reporting, and tracking that gives leadership actionable insights into fundraising health
- Manage the details: Coordinate donor acknowledgments, gift processing follow-up, event logistics, and the behind-the-scenes systems that keep our development engine running smoothly
- Track what matters: Generate reports on donor retention, campaign performance, and engagement metrics that inform strategy and celebrate wins
We're Looking For Someone Who...
✅ Builds rapport naturally - You're confident on the phone, genuinely curious about people, and can navigate conversations from small talk to meaningful asks
✅ Lives for organization - Your spreadsheets are clean, your follow-up is timely, and you never let details slip through the cracks
✅ Loves data with a purpose - You understand that CRM hygiene isn't busywork—it's the foundation for sustainable ministry growth
✅ Has resilience and grit - Donor work requires persistence; you view "not right now" as "let's stay connected" rather than rejection
✅ Values relational fundraising - You see donors as partners in ministry, not ATMs, and you're energized by helping people discover how their generosity changes lives
✅ Believes in the mission - You understand that every thank-you call and database update connects to students discovering their purpose in God's story
The Impact You'll Make
In your first year, you'll help secure the funding that sends 250 young people on mission trips that reshape how they see poverty, culture, and their role in God's kingdom. You'll be the relational glue between generous supporters and life-changing experiences—and you'll have front-row seats to the transformation your work enables.
What We Offer
- Mission-driven salary with growth potential
- Remote work flexibility with regular in-office collaboration
- Professional development opportunities in donor relations and nonprofit fundraising
- A team that values authenticity, excellence, and kingdom impact
- Student testimonials that will remind you why this work matters (prepare for happy tears)
Ready to turn your relational skills into kingdom impact?
Send us your resume and a brief cover letter explaining why donor development excites you. If you have examples of how you've managed donor relationships, organized complex data, or coordinated successful fundraising efforts, we'd love to see them.
