Internship Overview
The Strategy Intern will work directly with the Manager of Strategy and collaborate closely with leadership on high-impact initiatives across the company. This internship is designed to provide hands-on exposure to business strategy, operations, and cross-functional project work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities
As a Strategy Intern, you will support strategic initiatives through project-based work, including:
- Assisting the Manager of Strategy with project management
- Conducting research and gathering data to support business decisions and growth opportunities
- Helping prepare internal presentations, reports, and summaries for leadership discussions
- Supporting coordination of cross-functional meetings by taking notes and tracking action items
- Contributing to process improvement efforts and internal documentation projects
This internship is intended to be a developmental role with mentorship and guided exposure to leadership-level strategy work.
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who are eager to learn and contribute, including:
- Current undergraduate or graduate student pursuing Business, Economics, Finance, Public Health, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Interest in strategy, operations, consulting, or healthcare innovation
- Ability to work in person in a professional office setting
