What you'll do on the team
- Conduct active outbound outreach through calls, emails, and social media to book introductory meetings with new accounts
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on criteria such as industry, revenue, business pain points, and investment potential
- Creatively leverage all publicly available information to create value-driven, differentiated messaging merged with Avvale's offering portfolio
- Track and analyze performance metrics and results
- Maintain accurate activity tracking, lead status, and data in HubSpot and other integrated digital platforms
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and Account Executives, ensuring smooth handoff from prospecting to closing
- Collaborate closely with our offering segment leaders to understand Avvale's portfolio and tailored offering
What you'll bring to the team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
- Previous experience in B2B sales (BDR/SDR or inside sales experience is a plus, preferably at IT / software / ISV / or services company)
- Confidence and tenacity, a positive attitude, and a drive to succeed.
- Desire to advance quickly and take on new challenges.
- Self-driven interest in learning enterprise software solutions and their value to potential clients (SAP, OneStream, etc.)
- Familiarity with leveraging sales and marketing outreach tools (Sales Navigator and HubSpot preferred)
- An understanding of interpreting financial documents and the ability to demonstrate business acumen through value creation and alignment
- Attention to detail and creative thinking in the context of engaging prospects

Base salary range: 60k + revenue incentive based on company and individual key performance indicators.
