Loan Servicing Representative

Title: Loan Servicing Representative II (Entry Level Candidates)

Location: Hybrid - Des Moines, IA

Shift: Monday - Friday (6:00AM - 2:30PM)

Duration: 6+ Month Contract (W2), Weekly Pay (40 hours/week)

We are looking for  recent college graduates with some work experience (doesn't need to be a lot of work experience but needs to have some sort of experience), looking to start their career.

Responsibilities:

• Handle shipping and mailbox processing tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and service goals.
• Assist with reporting and documentation as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and attention to detail in all work.

Requirements:

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Proficiency with standard office software and systems.
• Prior experience in lending or financial operations in the field or applicable schooling is a plus but not required.
