We are a Health Insurance Agency with 14 plus locations between Florida and New York & 5 plus years of experience in the industry.

Position: Medicare Sales Agent

Locations: Boca Raton, FL

Schedule: Monday - Friday from 9AM - 6PM

Pay: On Average our agents are making from 70 to 100k yearly, 1-2k weekly in slow season & 2k plus in our busy season which is from October to March.

Additionally: $600 weekly base pay.

License: Preferred 2 40 or 2 15 License, but not mandatory. Must NOT have felony or can't get hired or licensed.

Benefits: 1099 position.

3) Is extremely coachable and can take criticism and implement it effectively.

4) Has a burning desire to be the best, in a very competitive team oriented office.

5) If you have a Health Insurance license.

Pay Structure:

  • Base Pay: $600 per week
  • Commission: Earn uncapped income based on your sales performance
  • Daily & Weekly Bonuses: Attractive bonuses awarded every day/week for outstanding results
  • Average Weekly pay: $1500-$2000 (Slow season) / $2000+ (Busy season from October to March)
  • Yearly pay: $70k-100k (Uncapped commission)
