Position Summary: This position provides administrative, financial, and operational support to keep daily functions running smoothly. It assists with processing invoices, maintaining records, organizing documentation, and supporting both office and building operations. This role also contributes to a positive workplace by managing communications, welcoming visitors, and helping coordinate company events.

Proficient in Office 365 & Microsoft Products, ERP knowledge helpful
Administrative experience and familiarity with Accounts Payable preferred.
Position responsibilities:
Process invoices, maintain vendor records, and support basic reconciliations.
Assist with data entry and the processing of financial documents such as expense reports and internal records.
Assist with organizing, scanning, and filing documents.
Maintain well‑structured digital and physical filing systems and handle routine documentation support tasks.
Handle incoming phone calls, emails, correspondence, and welcome visitors in a professional, friendly manner.
Help organize company events and employee engagement activities.
Assist with building operations by supporting routine facility maintenance.
Support daily office operations by managing supplies and helping maintain an organized, welcoming work environment.
Other duties as assigned.
