Who we are

Founded in 2022, Eastwall is a cloud-focused professional services firm and Microsoft partner specializing in Azure-based solutions. We help organizations improve business outcomes through modern cloud technology and operating models.

About the Role

The Operations Analyst supports the operational backbone of our consulting organization. This is not a Project Manager or Sales role. Instead, it is a delivery operations and executive support position focused on portfolio visibility, operational accuracy, and reliable execution across sales, delivery, finance, and leadership.

You will work closely with the CEO, VP of Technology, Director of Operations, and Project Management to ensure clean handoffs, accurate data, and dependable internal processes. Success in this role is measured by operational reliability, clean execution, and leadership confidence in the data and workflows you maintain.

This role is well-suited for someone early in their career who is detail-oriented, adaptable, and interested in how consulting businesses operate day-to-day.

Key Responsibilities

Portfolio & Delivery Operations

  • Maintain and administer the company’s project portfolio management boards
  • Ensure projects are accurately tracked from sales handoff through delivery and closeout
  • Validate that project plans are complete and aligned with established templates, standards, and required artifacts
  • Support project scheduling and capacity planning in coordination with delivery leadership (without owning or running project backlogs)

Sales-to-Delivery & Financial Support

  • Ensure clean handoff of approved work from sales into delivery
  • Validate required inputs (scope, timelines, staffing assumptions, funding eligibility)
  • Support invoice readiness and assist with financial reconciliation
  • Manage Microsoft funding and incentive claims

Executive & Business Operations Support

  • Provide ad-hoc operational and administrative support to executive leadership as needed
  • Support coordination, documentation, follow-ups, and liaison activities with external parties (e.g., Microsoft, Vendors, Stage Agencies)

Tools & Systems

  • Maintain and support operational workflows across:
    • Microsoft Excel (analysis, reconciliation, tracking)
    • Harvest (time tracking & reporting)
    • Forecast (capacity and resource planning)
    • Trello & Asana (portfolio and workflow tracking)
  • Ensure data consistency across systems and flag discrepancies proactively

Process Improvement

  • Identify operational gaps or inefficiencies
  • Provide input on process improvements and documentation
