Marketing Administrative Assistant
The Lensic Performing Arts Center seeks a Marketing Administrative Assistant to report to the Lensic’s Director of Marketing & Communications. This position supports the marketing and communications efforts of the Lensic Performing Arts Center, including Lensic 360.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage weekly newsletters and ticketing emails
- Assist with new show set-ups using various web and ticketing platforms
- Assist with tracking advertisements, content, and meeting sponsor obligations
- Assist with customer inquiries
- Assist with content for the Lensic’s printed programs and publications
- Proofread and assist with written external communications for all departments: education, development, and marketing
- Assist with website updates and content.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong writing and proofreading skills, and be quick and responsive while working in a fast-paced environment. This position will require being able to manage multiple projects and deadlines, as well as a great attention to detail. Occasional evening and weekend work will be required. The successful candidate will also have familiarity with WordPress, Wordfly, or similar web and newsletter platforms. Associate’s degree or higher is preferred.
