Process Improvement and Training Intern
Drive change management activities such as documentation updates and development of training sessions/videos that are a result of audit recommendations, process improvement activities, and new process introduction.
What You Will Do:
- Assist in developing and updating quality management documentation
- Assist with project communications by preparing presentations and stakeholder updates
- Assist in creating training materials for quality processes and project management
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts through fresh perspectives and innovative ideas
- Gain exposure to various business units and understand their quality and project management needs
- Support compliance activities by maintaining compliance tracking systems and implementation of remediation activities / change management
- Participate in project reviews and post-mortems, documenting key insights and recommendations
What We Need:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Basic understanding of project management concepts and methodologies
- Knowledge of process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, or similar)
- Detail‑oriented mindset
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
