Sales Account Manager
Job description:
We are hiring a Sales Account Manager to work on-site and in person, supporting and managing relationships with multiple active clients. This role involves face-to-face interaction with customers and clients, day-to-day account management, and identifying opportunities to expand existing business relationships. This position is ideal for individuals seeking hands-on experience in account management, client relations, and business operations, with structured training and the opportunity to take on additional responsibility over time.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Manage assigned client accounts through in-person and on-site interactions
- Maintain professional relationships with multiple clients across different accounts
- Communicate directly with customers to understand needs and ensure satisfaction
- Coordinate with internal team members to support client objectives
- Track account activity, performance metrics, and service outcomes
- Identify opportunities to improve client retention and account performance
- Participate in ongoing training related to account management, communication, and leadership skills
Work Environment

Compensation Structure
- Weekly base pay
- Performance-based commission tied to individual and account results
