Sales Account Manager

Job description:

We are hiring a Sales Account Manager to work on-site and in person, supporting and managing relationships with multiple active clients. This role involves face-to-face interaction with customers and clients, day-to-day account management, and identifying opportunities to expand existing business relationships. This position is ideal for individuals seeking hands-on experience in account management, client relations, and business operations, with structured training and the opportunity to take on additional responsibility over time.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned client accounts through in-person and on-site interactions
  • Maintain professional relationships with multiple clients across different accounts
  • Communicate directly with customers to understand needs and ensure satisfaction
  • Coordinate with internal team members to support client objectives
  • Track account activity, performance metrics, and service outcomes
  • Identify opportunities to improve client retention and account performance
  • Participate in ongoing training related to account management, communication, and leadership skills

Work Environment

  • On-site position (not remote or hybrid)
  • Face-to-face, customer-facing role
  • Fast-paced, team-oriented professional setting
  • Regular interaction with clients, customers, and internal teams

Compensation Structure

  • Weekly base pay
  • Performance-based commission tied to individual and account results

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or account management is helpful but not required
