Summer 2026 Intern - Sales Communications
The Sales Enablement Intern supports the transition to new platforms, helps coordinate sales meetings, and researches training techniques in the industry. You will contribute to the ongoing development and effectiveness of the sales team's learning and enablement initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Support the organization of events such as quarterly sales meetings, new hire trainings, and certification trainings
- Assist in compiling usage reports, track course completions, and content usage
- Import, update, and track LMS learning modules
- Research new training techniques
- Assist with coordination of sales quarterly meetings
- Work closely with other teams in the company including legal, marketing, and sales operations to build relationships and learn industry standards
What You'll Need
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a degree-seeking program
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to take ownership of tasks
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Self-motivated with strong propensity for action, results, and continuous improvement
- The ability to work successfully in a high-energy, fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple processes, programs, and procedures simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlines
- Experience managing projects
Travel Requirements & Working Conditions
- Minimal travel
- Reliable internet access for any period of time working remotely and not in a Workiva office
Sponsorship Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future
