Training and Enablement Intern

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Training & Enablement Intern to join our team at PatientPoint. In this role, you play a hands-on role in supporting onboarding, ongoing training initiatives, and learning operations for Sales, Customer Success, and Field Operations teams. 

As a Training & Enablement Intern, you will collaborate closely with various departments to coordinate our internal training programs, manage our LMS, coordinate projects, and gain exposure in cross-functional collaboration. 

The ideal candidate will possess a fun-natured, enthusiastic, and motivational personality, capable of thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This position requires training, presentation and facilitation skills, process development, project management, and experience with training teammates. The Training & Enablement Intern will report directly to the Training and Development Project Manager. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist in preparing training materials, guides, and resources for onboarding and role-based programs. 
  • Support the planning and logistics of live and virtual learning sessions (e.g., invites, reminders, calendar support). 
  • Help monitor training participation, collect feedback, and follow up on assignments. 
  • Upload and organize content in the Learning Management System (LMS) or internal knowledge hubs. 
  • Help track learning completions, due dates, and course enrollments. 
  • Partner with the Training and Enablement team to ensure content is accurate and easy to access. 
  • Draft internal communications related to enablement programs (e.g., newsletters, training announcements). 
  • Help design simple job aids, checklists, or learning summaries using tools like PowerPoint, Canva, or Synthesia. 
  • Maintain program trackers and schedules. 
  • Participate in team stand-ups and planning sessions to learn cross-functional enablement operations. 
  • Collaborate on internal projects as assigned (e.g., onboarding surveys, stakeholder research, training logistics). 

What We Need:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Education, Instructional Design, Human Resources, Communications, Business, Psychology, or related field. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, MS Forms 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 
  • Clear written and verbal communication abilities. 
  • Experience in creating training plans containing tests, hands-on activities, and other training materials 

Desired Qualifications:  

  • Experience with e-learning or virtual training delivery methods a plus 
  • Awareness of the ADDIE model and Learning Management Systems a plus 
  • Education or experience in adult learning strategies a plus 
  • Familiarity with training creation or development tools such as Canva, Synthesia, Articulate, Storyline360, Adobe illustrator a plus, but not required 
  • Salesforce experience a plus
