Commercial Lead Generator/Junior Broker
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Bellevue Capital Group is looking to add a motivated & ambitious Commercial Lead Generator/Junior Broker to its existing team of successful Commercial Brokers. In this role, candidates are responsible for several main tasks, which include but are not limited to: connecting with prospective clients via phone & email, setting appointments and following up with the client’s financing requests.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Connect with prospective clients via outbound phone calls, email and referrals
- Provide clear communication and accurately gather information
- Self starter and motivated to make a minimum of 50+ calls/emails each day
- Utilize internal POS & CRM systems to accurately document conversations
- Perform detailed follow-up activities via phone, email & in-person
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude with a willingness to learn
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
- Prior experience in sales or call centers preferred but not required
- Excellent listening skills with the ability to ask probing questions, overcome objections and understand concerns
- Effective time management skills and possess the ability to work independently as well as with a team
- Ability to strive in a fast-paced environment with professionalism & accuracy
- Strong attention to detail
- Must have own cell phone and knowledge of using the internet
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Real Estate strongly preferred

COMPENSATION:
- From $2,500.00 base per month with an aggressive commission structure.
- Uncapped commissions and earning potential with current brokers earning between $80,000 - $500,000+.
