Account Manager

Role Overview:
As an Account Manager at Andy Eaton State Farm, you are essential to our daily business operations and the financial well-being of our customers. You drive agency growth by building meaningful relationships and serving as a trusted advisor who connects customer financial goals with tailored insurance and financial service solutions. Your proactive approach helps improve customers' lives by offering relevant financial products and services that meet their evolving needs.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop and nurture customer relationships to support long-term retention and financial growth.
  • Conduct comprehensive policy and financial reviews, providing expert recommendations aligned with customers’ financial goals.
  • Oversee the resolution of complex financial and insurance-related customer issues.
  • Leverage your expertise in insurance and financial services products to recommend, explain, and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
  • Collaborate with agency departments to ensure seamless delivery of financial solutions and superior customer service.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Previous experience in insurance sales, financial services, or account management is a preferred but not required.
  • Demonstrated leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • A proactive, sales-minded attitude with a willingness to learn and engage in consultative conversations about financial planning and insurance solutions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced, customer-focused setting.
  • Motivated to meet and exceed sales goals while delivering exceptional customer service.
