What you'll do at Lewer:
Roles and Responsibilities
As a Marketing Intern, you support initiatives that strengthen Lewer’s brand presence and communication efforts. You assist with video production, content development, and digital marketing tasks, gaining hands on experience with essential marketing functions. You contribute creative ideas, refine materials, and help ensure messaging aligns with brand standards. Through this work, you build practical skills in visual communication, digital engagement, and collaborative project execution, giving you a strong foundation for future marketing and creative roles.
Your Key Areas of Impact
Content Creation: You assist in creating marketing materials including social media posts, graphics, web content, presentations, and promotional assets. You help ensure all messaging reflects Lewer’s voice, tone, and visual identity. This work builds your creative skills and strengthens your understanding of brand consistency.
Digital Marketing: You support the execution of social media strategies across channels by drafting posts, preparing visuals, scheduling content, and monitoring engagement. You contribute ideas based on audience trends and digital behaviors, helping improve reach and relevance.
Campaign Support: You contribute to the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns, events, and initiatives. You assist with research, content preparation, logistics, and communication, gaining experience in how marketing strategies are executed across teams.
Analytics: You assist in gathering and interpreting performance metrics across video, social, and digital platforms. You help identify patterns and opportunities that guide content optimization and support data-informed decision making.
Videography: You are responsible for planning, filming, and editing video content that strengthens Lewer’s brand presence and supports communication across internal and external channels. You manage the full production process to produce high quality, on brand video assets. Beyond technical execution, you ensure each video aligns with strategic marketing objectives by transforming complex ideas into clear, engaging visual stories. Through this work, you build strong production, creative, and storytelling skills while contributing video content that enhances engagement and reinforces Lewer’s identity.
The Work Environment, Physical Demands, and Travel
Your work is conducted primarily at the Lewer Administrative Offices, and the seat is not eligible for work from home. You must be able to remain in a stationary position 75% of the time and occasionally move throughout the office to access equipment, support filming, or gather materials. You will use a computer, camera equipment, lighting tools, and other office technology approximately 95% of the time. You must be able to lift up to 20 lbs. for equipment or supplies. Travel may be required and is expected to be less than 5%.
Your qualifications:
Requirements
You hold a degree or are a rising junior or senior, pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, film/media production, digital media, graphic design, or a related field from an accredited university. You demonstrate curiosity, creativity, and a strong interest in multimedia storytelling. You communicate clearly in both written and verbal formats and maintain professionalism in every interaction. You manage your time well, meet deadlines reliably, and take ownership of your work. You are proficient in Microsoft Office and have foundational familiarity with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar software. You embrace feedback, adapt quickly to direction, and show enthusiasm for learning how marketing supports broader business outcomes.
