AI Training Evaluator

Outlier is hiring detail-oriented and analytical professionals to support AI training and evaluation. In this role, you’ll help improve advanced AI systems by reviewing, labeling, and refining AI-generated outputs to ensure accuracy, relevance, and quality.

This is a remote, flexible opportunity ideal for individuals who enjoy problem-solving, critical thinking, and working with emerging technology.

Key Responsibilities
• Review and evaluate AI-generated responses for quality, accuracy, and usefulness
• Label, edit, and rank model outputs based on provided guidelines
• Follow structured instructions to train and fine-tune AI models
• Provide clear feedback to improve AI performance
• Complete tasks efficiently while meeting quality standards

Requirements
• Strong written communication and comprehension skills
• High attention to detail and ability to follow guidelines
• Analytical mindset with good judgment and reasoning
• Reliable internet connection and access to a computer
• Prior experience in writing, editing, research, data annotation, or AI-related work is a plus (not required)
