Overview 

Fūse is our talent development program for curious, creative students who intern at lūquire, a fully integrated marketing agency.  With meaningful opportunities for hands-on projects and in-depth learning across disciplines, Fūse empowers students with diverse interests and backgrounds to have a real impact on our community, our clients, and our agency as we work to fill the world with great ideas.

We believe in teaching by doing, and there is no better way to learn than to immerse yourself in your work.  lūquire interns will have genuine, practical experience and will leave with real-world knowledge and portfolio pieces.

This internship provides: 

Full-time paid experience over 9 weeks of the summer with an hourly rate of $18.00 per hour. 

A fully remote work location so you can join us from anywhere in the U.S with in-person opportunities if you live in Charlotte.   

A dedicated ambassador to guide you through your internship and a capstone project where you will use and enhance problem-solving, relational, public-speaking, and teamwork skills. 

The chance to meet everyone in person at our All-Agency Event in July.  No worries if you are not in Charlotte, we will take care of your travel! 

Qualifications 

Required Minimum:  Rising juniors, seniors, or recent grads pursuing degrees in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or other related programs of study.   

Team player who is able to build collaborative relationships 

Outstanding oral and written communication skills 

Excellent project management skills 

High level of initiative, motivation, and curiosity 

Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
