Product Support Intern

NarcRanger is seeking a proactive, tech‑savvy Intern to help support our rapidly growing community of law enforcement users. This role goes far beyond traditional customer service. You will serve as a critical link between our users and our product team—helping troubleshoot issues, investigate technical bugs, and ensure agencies receive timely, high‑quality support.

You’ll gain hands‑on experience with real‑world problem solving, user communication, and product feedback loops. Your observations and insights will directly influence product improvements and future feature development.
