Strategic Finance Analyst

Position Overview:

What You’ll Do

· Analytical: Analyze financial statements, forecasts, and other financial schedules to look at trends, variances, and aberrations

· Investigative: Direct and perform in-depth analysis of multiple data sources spanning but not limited to claims, billing, financial, and invoicing data

· Independence: Consider initiatives with a first-principles mindset; independently arrive at novel solutions

· Innovative: Help support the Company through its next phase of growth through collaboration with creditors, equity providers, and management

· Proactive: Perform ad-hoc analyses that clarify opportunity areas in the business

· Goal-Oriented: See multiple workstreams from initial request to delivery with a high-degree of excellence and timeliness

· Team Player: Support the executive team in all matters

· Detail-Oriented: Prepare executive-level memos and summarizations of key initiatives at the Company with a “zero-defect” mindset

· Relational: Work with regional leaders, physicians, and functional leads to maximize platform performance

What You’ll Bring

· A strong foundation in business principles including finance, accounting, marketing, and business communications

· Experience in consulting preferred; healthcare a plus

· Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, marketing, or communication required

Relationships

The Strategic Finance Analyst will report directly to the Manager of Strategic Finance. This is a vital team-oriented, hands-on role with significant interaction with senior leadership and key stakeholder

Rewards

The company provides an attractive compensation plan consisting of a market-competitive base salary and annual incentive program. A package will be constructed to attract the best candidates.

Travel

Less than 15% travel is required.
