The Fainting Goat Bar and Restaurant is a casual dining restaurant featuring brick oven pizza in historic, Wallace, Idaho. Located in the ASARCO building, built in 1890, the Fainting Goat has three distinct dining areas: wine bar featuring 40 wines on a self-serve WineEmotion machines, tap room with a dozen craft beers available on draft, and a beautiful shaded seasonal patio.

Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate a welcoming atmosphere for customers and employees.
- Lead and train staff to maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety standards and health and safety requirements.
- Resolve and follow up on customer opportunities.
- Maintain appropriate store inventories including daily and weekly ordering.
- Control operational costs and exercise fiscal responsibility.
- Create and post weekly schedules for store staff.
- Ensure consistent execution of the training system.
- Provide quality feedback, supporting the growth and development of all employees.

This position is an exempt (salary) level position. The schedule for this position will be set by the restaurant owners and will include nights and weekends.
Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Driven to provide consistent, safe, quality food.
- 3-5 years of progressive leadership growth in a casual restaurant environment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Outstanding work ethic and passion for winning.
- Ability to train and develop hourly employees.
- Understanding of a restaurant’s financials.
- Desire to grow sales and build rapport within the community.
- Competent using multiple social media platforms
