The Operational Excellence (OpEx) team at Haleon’s Oak Hill manufacturing facility plays a key role in driving continuous improvement across site operations. Our mission is to enhance performance, eliminate waste, and build capability through data-driven problem solving and collaboration.
As an Operational Excellence Co-Op, you will gain hands-on experience in a regulated consumer product environment, contribute to real-world improvement initiatives, and work alongside experts to support world-class manufacturing.
What will your individual contribution at Haleon be?
- Support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives that enhance safety, quality, and efficiency across the site.
- Contribute to performance improvement projects by gathering data, identifying trends, and proposing solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand operational challenges and help drive sustainable improvements.
- Assist in the deployment of Haleon’s OpEx standards and tools, including maturity assessments and capability building.
- Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to share insights and support a culture of innovation.
Requirements
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Must have an active student status for the duration of the Co-Op.
- Must be eligible to work in the US at the time of, and for the duration of, their employment. Employees will be required to furnish evidence of US work authorization.
- Must be eligible to work onsite on a full-time basis during the internship duration (40 hours/week) and provide their own funding for relocation and commuting.

Rate: $24.50
