QUALIFICATIONS:
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited university or college.
Three (3) years of professional, related work experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; email and calendar applications; and video
conferencing technology.
A high level of organization and project management.
Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in business from an accredited university or college.
Three or more years’ experience in project management.
Proficient with Google Workspace tools like Docs, Sheets, and Drive to create, share, and manage work.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The position will report to the Executive Director of Institutional Effectiveness for job responsibilities and other
College related activities as outlined in the Policies and Procedures Manual. Essential duties include but are not
limited to the following:
Develop and execute processes to ensure the currency and accuracy of the College Policy and Procedure
Manual and College Catalog;
Plan and execute policy approval process with multiple stakeholders;
Prepare, maintain, and distribute project documents such as schedules, itineraries, policies, and procedure
manuals;
Create and manage file storage systems for long- and short-term storage of essential college documents;
Manage online College Catalog content approval process;
Participate in the development of organizational systems and processes to support the Office of Institutional
Effectiveness and the College;
Provide support for the IE Clerk to manage internal and external events in accordance with College policies,
procedures, and processes while emphasizing customer service, efficiency, and the public image of the College;
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders;
Create and run reports to effectively manage space utilization and optimization and disseminate reports to
stakeholders; and
Report findings, issues, and concerns in a constructive way with a focus on problem-solving.
CONTRACT & SALARY:
$45,000.00 per year in addition to excellent employee benefits. Proof of identity and eligibility to work in the
