Role Summary
We’re hiring a detail-oriented, proactive Sales Support Specialist to support our sales team across admin operations, lead generation and follow-up, retail sales development, and special programs (ambassadors, schools, municipalities, and corporate partners). This is an entry-level role (1–3 years) with room to grow into sales, partnerships, or operations.

Primary Responsibilities
1) Sales Support (Admin Function of the Sales Team)
- Keep the sales process organized: maintain CRM hygiene (lead records, notes, stages, next steps)
- Own sales admin workflows: inbox triage, routing leads to the right owner, and ensuring fast response times
- Prepare and send quotes, basic proposals, and order-related documentation
- Schedule meetings, demos, and follow-ups; confirm attendees and prep agendas
- Coordinate internally with operations, customer support, and marketing to remove blockers and keep deals moving
- Track and report key activity metrics (response time, follow-up completion, pipeline updates)

- Community Building - Monitor and respond to comments on social platforms.

2) Lead Generation and Follow-Up
- Support outbound prospecting: build targeted lead lists (research, enrichment, segmentation)
- Execute follow-up sequences via email/phone/LinkedIn (as assigned) and ensure no lead goes cold
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads using simple criteria and route/hand off when needed
- Maintain a clean follow-up cadence and document outcomes in the CRM

3) Retail Sales Development (Online Incremental Sales + Offline Stores)
- Support incremental online sales initiatives (promos, bundles, partner codes)
- Assist with retail outreach and coordination for offline stores (store lists, contacts, outreach tracking)
- Help prepare retail materials (product one-pagers, pricing sheets, training notes) and coordinate replenishment requests
- Track retail opportunities and store performance inputs (as available) and surface insights to the team

4) Special Programs (Ambassador, Schools, Municipalities, Corporate)
- Support program operations: intake, tracking, follow-up, and coordination for special program leads
- Help manage communications and documentation for ambassadors and institutional partners
- Assist with outreach lists and follow-ups for schools, municipalities, and corporate sustainability programs
- Coordinate logistics and internal handoffs (e.g., approvals, pricing, shipping, reporting)

Qualifications
- 1–3 years experience in sales support, customer support, operations, admin, or related roles
- English required (strong written and verbal communication)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Comfortable with spreadsheets and basic reporting
- Able to manage multiple priorities and keep stakeholders aligned
- Professional, friendly communication style with customers and partners

Preferred (Not Required)
Korean language skills
- Experience with e-commerce and/or B2B sales support
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)

Compensation & Details
- Full-time
- Salary: $50-60,000 depending on experience + bonus

What Success Looks Like (First 60–90 Days)
- Leads are responded to quickly and consistently, with clear follow-up steps documented
- CRM is clean and up to date; no stalled deals due to missing admin steps
- Outbound lists and follow-up sequences are running reliably
- Retail and special program requests are tracked end-to-end with clear owners and timelines
