Role Overview

The Entry Level Account Manager is an entry-level client-facing role designed for fast learners who want hands-on experience in digital marketing, brand management, and agency operations.

This position focuses on understanding client needs, mastering internal systems, and supporting daily account execution. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to grow in a fast-paced agency environment.

Core Responsibilities

Client & Account Support

  • Manage daily communication with clients across email and messaging platforms

     
  • Track ongoing tasks, deliverables, and deadlines across multiple accounts

     
  • Support key account managers in coordinating campaigns and projects

     

Social Media & Digital Operations

  • Optimize and manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Red Note, Google, Yelp)

     
  • Schedule content, including photo posts and campaign creatives

     
  • Monitor and respond to direct messages and comments across platforms

     
  • Monitor and respond to Google and Yelp reviews in alignment with brand tone

     

Content & Campaign Coordination

  • Collaborate with content, strategy, design, and influencer teams to ensure smooth execution

     
  • Collect and organize client requests for graphics and in-store print materials

     
  • Support campaign planning and execution

     
  • Prepare content ideas and assist in photoshoot planning and on-site coordination

     

Reporting & Documentation

  • Assist in preparing monthly performance reports

     
  • Maintain organized records of client requests, assets, and deliverables
