You’ll learn every role—sales, training, admin, and cleaning field work—then help us build and scale these positions as we grow. This role is fast-paced, demanding, and not for the faint of heart. We are seeking a highly driven, goal-oriented Operations Manager to oversee and optimize all daily operations of the business. This role is critical to our continued growth and success and will be trained to lead across sales, office/administration, and training departments, ensuring alignment, accountability, and performance company-wide.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all daily operations of the business
- Lead and coordinate the sales, office/admin, and training managers, that you will eventually recruit
- Ensure operational systems, processes, and procedures are followed and continuously improved
- Set goals, track performance KPI’s, and drive results
- Collaborate with leadership to execute company strategy and growth initiatives
- Conduct regular check-ins, performance reviews, and coaching with department leaders
- Ensure exceptional client experience and internal accountability Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions
- Uphold company culture, values, and non-negotiables across the organization
- (This is a leadership and oversight role; not responsible for cleaning in the field, but must learn how it’s done.)
Qualifications
- Proven management or operations leadership experience preferred, but not required
- Strong leadership, coaching, and accountability skills
- Highly driven, competitive, goal-oriented, and positive mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with technology, software, and tracking metrics
- Ability to manage multiple departments and priorities effectively
- Experience in service-based businesses preferred, but not required.
