About the Role

Pothos Acquisitions Inc. is looking for a Marketing Assistant – Community Campaigns to support in-person initiatives connected to nonprofit organizations across the Birmingham area. This role is ideal for recent graduates or alumni who want hands-on experience in community engagement, campaign execution, and team-based marketing environments.

You’ll work alongside a collaborative team supporting live campaigns, gaining practical skills in communication, organization, and professional leadership - all while contributing to meaningful causes.

What You’ll Be Doing

Support day-to-day community campaigns and events

Assist with on-site setup, execution, and wrap-up

Engage with community members in a professional and welcoming way

Help ensure campaigns run smoothly and stay organized

Collaborate with teammates and leadership on daily objectives

What We’re Looking For

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Interest in marketing, community engagement, or nonprofit work

Comfortable working in active, in-person environments
