Role Overview
As a Pod Manager, you’ll oversee 4–5 team managers. You’ll be responsible for performance across your pod, ensuring that teams meet quota, training standards are upheld, and that deals are consistently closing.

This is both a leadership and production role: you’ll personally close at least 1 sourcing contract per month while earning overrides from the teams in your pod.

 

Responsibilities

  • Oversee 4–5 team managers and their reps. 
  • Provide guidance, strategy, and accountability to team managers.
  • Monitor performance and ensure quotas are met.
  • Host weekly pod syncs and support manager training.
  • Personally close 1 sourcing contract per month.
  • Report performance directly to Regional Managers.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of leadership experience (sales, recruiting, or real estate sourcing preferred).
  • Experience managing multiple teams or managers.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to motivate managers and reps remotely.
  • Proven track record of meeting quotas.

Compensation

  • This is a commission only role.
  • Personal Quota: 1 contract/month
  • Overrides: ~3% of all revenue generated by your pod.
