Position Summary
Element Designs is seeking a Marketing & Events Coordinator to support the execution of marketing initiatives, digital content, and events that strengthen brand awareness and customer engagement. This role blends creative production, digital marketing, and event coordination while working cross-functionally with sales, operations, and production teams. This position is ideal for either a motivated intern or an experienced marketing professional.
Key Responsibilities
- Support management of digital marketing assets, including online product catalogs, online sample store, elementONLINE, social media platforms, and facility signage.
- Create, edit, and organize content for digital and social media channels.
- Assist with graphic design, photography, video editing, and visual asset development.
- Support trade shows, on-site events, and client engagements, including materials and signage.
- Organize and maintain digital assets, including a tagged master image library in Dropbox.
- Assist with physical marketing materials such as brochures, promotional items, and customer gifts.
- Support CRM and marketing tools (Salesforce, Pardot, or similar) and assist with reporting using Google Analytics.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and production teams on marketing-related needs.
- Support project coordination using tools such as Asana, Dropbox, OneDrive/SharePoint, SurveyMonkey, and Prezi.
Qualifications
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Acrobat).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation; Canva experience required.
- General knowledge of photography and graphic design.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Working knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce, Pardot, or similar preferred).
- Experience with Google Analytics and basic marketing reporting.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
Experience Level
Intern / Entry-Level: Relevant coursework or hands-on experience in marketing, communications, or design.
Experienced: 2+ years of marketing, digital content, or events experience preferred.
Portfolio Submission (Preferred)
A portfolio or samples of work are preferred but not required. Academic projects, personal work, internships, and professional examples are all acceptable.
Examples of acceptable portfolio submissions may include:
- Graphic design samples (print or digital)
- Social media posts or campaign examples
- Canva designs
- Photography or short video clips
- Class projects or mock marketing campaigns
- Links to a personal website, Behance, Google Drive, Dropbox, Canva, or social media profiles
