Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and motivated Data Scientist to join our growing team. In this role, you will work with large and complex datasets to develop insights, predictive models, and data-driven solutions that support business and technology initiatives. You will collaborate closely with engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to translate data into actionable intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze large, structured and unstructured datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights

Design, develop, and deploy statistical models and machine learning algorithms

Build predictive and prescriptive analytics solutions to support business decision-making

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver data-driven solutions

Develop data visualizations, dashboards, and reports to communicate findings clearly

Validate data quality, perform data cleaning, and ensure model accuracy and reliability

Stay current with emerging data science, AI, and machine learning techniques and tools

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field

Strong experience with Python and/or R for data analysis and modeling

Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational and non-relational databases

Solid understanding of statistics, probability, and machine learning concepts

Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, matplotlib, seaborn)

Ability to clearly communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)

Familiarity with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, etc.)

Knowledge of AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn

Experience working in consulting or client-facing environments
