Early Childhood Speech-Language Pathologist

Now Hiring: Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist in Eden Prairie, MN
Early Childhood | ASAP–End of School Year (opportunities to extend to 26-27 SY!)

AnthroMed Education is partnering with a supportive early childhood team to hire a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist beginning ASAP and continuing through the end of the school year (with possible extension into the next school year). This is a well-structured assignment with strong collaboration, built-in planning time, and a clearly defined caseload.

Position Overview

Schedule: Full-Time

Location: Eden Prairie, MN

Setting: In-person, 2 elementary buildings 

(approximately 2.5 days in each building).

Start Date: ASAP

Grade Levels: Early Childhood

Service Model: 3:1 model with built-in planning week each month

Compensation: (based on experience and education)

Salary: $60,000-$75,000

Hourly: $48-$61/hour

Caseload & Setting Details

Early childhood caseload (primarily age 4)

Split between two buildings with consistent schedules

Each building has another SLP supporting K–5 students for on-site collaboration and support

Collaboration with a full-time SLP Lead based in another nearby building

Service settings include a typical variety of needs

Caseload will include a higher evaluation focus, especially at the start of the assignment

Serves a diverse population, including Spanish- and Somali-speaking families

Monthly built-in week for paperwork, assessments, and Medicaid billing

Your Key Responsibilities

Conduct speech and language evaluations

Provide direct therapy services to students

Develop, implement, and maintain IEPs

Collaborate closely with special education staff and related service providers

Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary collaboration

Maintain accurate and timely documentation

What We’re Looking For

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Minnesota SLP License (or eligibility)

ASHA CCC-SLP preferred; Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply and supported

Strong skills in assessment, treatment planning, and IEP development

Organized, collaborative, and comfortable working in early childhood settings
