Office & Marketing Intern for Growing Law Firm

About the Role

This internship is for someone who enjoys doing high-quality work, pays close attention to details, and understands that creativity is strongest when it’s supported by good organization and data. As an Office & Marketing Intern, you will support marketing initiatives while also helping keep day-to-day office marketing operations organized and running smoothly.

You will work closely with our team to execute marketing ideas, track results, and ensure information is accurate and complete. This is a hands-on role in a professional, goal-driven environment — not busywork.

What You’ll Do

Support marketing efforts such as social media, email campaigns, print newsletters, events, and presentations

Track and organize marketing data including engagement metrics, mailing lists, and campaign activity

Prepare simple summaries or updates that help the team understand what is working and what isn’t

Monitor social media platforms for trends, feedback, and engagement

Assist with planning and supporting marketing and community events

Edit, proofread, and format documents and marketing materials

Provide general marketing administrative support

Maintain accurate, well-organized records and databases

Who This Role Is For

Students or recent graduates interested in marketing or communications

People who take pride in accuracy, organization, and follow-through

Creative thinkers who also value structure and data

Individuals comfortable using spreadsheets, documents, and digital tools

Self-starters who can manage multiple tasks with clear expectations

Why Join Us?

We are a goal-driven elder law and estate planning firm focused on providing clarity and peace of mind to families. Our team values professionalism, trust, and doing things the right way — even when no one is watching.

As an intern, you will gain real-world experience, learn how marketing decisions are supported by data, and contribute to work that genuinely matters.

Not a Fit If…

You dislike detailed work or documenting information

You want a purely creative role with no structure or tracking

You are uncomfortable using technology or learning new systems

You prefer constant direction instead of clear expectations

How to Apply

Please submit your résumé, transcript and a cover letter explaining why this role interests you and how you balance creativity with attention to detail.
