Responsibilities
- Learn the fundamentals of insurance, sales, and client service through structured training
- Connect with potential clients and start meaningful conversations
- Ask good questions, listen well, and help clients understand their options
- Present insurance solutions clearly and confidently
- Work closely with team members to support clients after the sale
- Track your activity, follow processes, and keep accurate records
- Continuously improve your communication, sales, and problem-solving skills
- Work toward performance goals with coaching and support
Requirements
- No prior insurance experience required
- Must be able to obtain the required insurance license(s) in the state(s) you are selling in within 90 days of hire
- Strong communication skills and a people-first mindset
- Coachable, curious, and open to feedback
- Self-motivated and able to manage your time
- Comfortable using basic technology and learning new systems
- Reliable, professional, and ready to grow
