Customer Experience/Marketing Internship

NCTS is excited to offer a paid, in-person internship for Spring 2026 focused on customer experience, digital marketing, and outreach. This 6–8 week internship will give you the opportunity to work with a dynamic team that partners with major clients like Lowe’s, Home Depot, and regional builders. You'll gain hands-on experience in client communication, content creation, and performance analysis all while building your resume.

Requirements:
Ability to work on-site in Phoenix, AZ 3 days/week (5 Hours Per Day)
Please note: We are flexible and willing to work with interns to find a schedule that accommodates their school commitments. The 3-day workweek will fall between Monday–Thursday, with a 5-hour shift scheduled between 7:30 AM and 3:30 PM.
Must be available for the full 6-8 week internship
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Strong communication skills (phone, email, interpersonal)
Basic knowledge of tools like Canva, CapCut, Google Docs
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
