Role Overview: Event Planning Intern

As our Event Planning Intern, you’ll be the behind-the-scenes magic-maker helping plan, design, and execute memorable experiences for clients, partners, and our internal team. From intimate VIP dinners to large-scale client events, you’ll gain hands-on experience and see your contributions come to life.


What You’ll Do

• Brainstorm creative event concepts that make people say, ‘Wow—who planned this?!’

• Assist in planning and organizing events of all sizes—from leadership meetings to high-end client experiences.

• Manage timelines, schedules, and checklists to keep everything running smoothly.

• Research and recommend venues, vendors, and event resources.

• Support communication with attendees, partners, and vendors.

• Be hands-on with event setup, on-site coordination, and breakdown.

• Help create event materials, signage, and promotional items.

• Track event expenses and keep organized documentation.

• Bring next-level attention to detail—because details matter.

• Understand and support a premium, white-glove client experience.


What You Bring

• Pursuing a degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• A love for organization—even when juggling many moving parts.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (bonus points if you enjoy making things look good!).
