Business Development Consultant

About the Role

We are a growth-driven marketing firm seeking a high-energy Business Development Consultant to help drive new client acquisition and revenue growth. This role is ideal for individuals interested in sales strategy, client development, and marketing consulting who want hands-on experience influencing real business outcomes.

You will work directly with leadership and the sales team to identify prospects, qualify leads, and help convert opportunities into long-term marketing partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities for marketing services

Qualify prospects and set discovery meetings for senior consultants

Assist in developing sales strategies, pitch decks, and proposals

Analyze client needs and align marketing solutions to business goals

Track pipeline activity, conversions, and performance metrics using CRM tools

Research competitors, industries, and market trends to support strategy

Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to refine offerings and messaging

Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Communications, or a related field

Strong persuasion, communication, and relationship-building skills

Interest in sales, marketing strategy, consulting, or entrepreneurship

Results-oriented mindset with a comfort level around performance metrics

Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities

Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus
