HR Intern – LinkedIn Recruiting Pilot

Position Summary

We are seeking an HR Intern to lead and manage our LinkedIn Active Recruiting Pilot. This intern will be primarily responsible for running day-to-day LinkedIn recruiting efforts to help fill open positions across the company. This role is hands-on and focused on sourcing, outreach, and pipeline management, with support from the HR team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run the LinkedIn Recruiting Pilot program on a daily basis.
  • Source and identify qualified candidates using LinkedIn search and recruiting tools.
  • Send messages to potential candidates and manage responses.
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines for active openings.
  • Post and manage job openings on LinkedIn.
  • Screen resumes and recommend candidates for next steps.
  • Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the process.
  • Coordinate needs of individual hiring managers.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in HR, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in recruiting and talent acquisition.
  • Comfortable using LinkedIn and professional networking platforms.
  • Strong written communication and organization skills.
  • Comfortable making cold calls to professional candidates.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple open roles.
