Marketing Management Intern

About the Role

We are seeking a responsible and proactive Marketing Management Intern to support the oversight and coordination of our marketing intern team. This role focuses on daily check-ins, progress tracking, and providing guidance to ensure marketing initiatives stay organized, aligned, and on track. It is ideal for someone interested in leadership, team management, and marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct day-to-day check-ins with marketing interns to monitor task completion and progress
  • Track ongoing projects, deadlines, and deliverables across the marketing team
  • Provide guidance, feedback, and support to interns as needed to help them succeed
  • Ensure marketing tasks align with overall goals and timelines
  • Identify blockers, performance gaps, or workflow issues and escalate or address them proactively
  • Maintain simple progress reports or dashboards for leadership review
  • Help reinforce accountability, communication, and team standards
  • Assist with onboarding and training new marketing interns

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Comfortable managing peers and communicating expectations clearly
  • Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to balance multiple tasks and priorities

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Prior experience in a leadership, coordinator, or team lead role
  • Familiarity with marketing workflows or social media/content teams
  • Experience using project tracking tools (e.g., Notion, Asana, Trello, Google Sheets)
