This role is for someone who wants to build, not just manage.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re hiring a hungry, high-output recent graduate to help run operations in our Jacksonville market. You’ll work directly with ownership and be trusted with real responsibility early.

This is not a corporate training program. It’s a learn-fast, move-fast, figure-it-out role inside a scaling startup.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Help run daily ice production and distribution 

• Own scheduling, deliveries, and logistics execution 

• Support local sales and grassroots marketing efforts, including customer outreach and relationship building 

• Track inventory, quality, and operational efficiency 

• Jump in wherever needed—from production floor to route planning 

• Fix broken processes and build better ones 

• Help hire, train, and lead as the operation grows 

WHO YOU ARE

• Recent grad with a business-related degree 

• Self-starter with grit—you don’t need hand-holding 

• Comfortable getting your hands dirty and learning fast 

• Organized, reliable, and competitive with yourself 

• Interested in long-term growth, not just a first job 

Operations, warehouse, or logistics experience is a plus, but hustle matters more.

COMPENSATION & UPSIDE
