Marketing Manager Intern
Position Summary
As the Marketing Manager Intern you will be reporting directly to the CEO and working closely on our inbound marketing engine. Ownership of the top and middle part of the funnel will be your domain and expertise. This role will implement technology for scale, optimize current campaigns, and work cross functionally on marketing collateral.
Note: This position is intended to lead to an immediate full time offer after 90 days. Please do not apply if you are not willing to entertain an immediate transition to a full time role.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Manager, A/B testing, Optimization, and Reporting
- Metric driven marketing increasing MQLs and managing the flow to the Sales Team
- Working with Affiliates on Marketing Kits, Approvals, and QBR reviews
- Managing Marketing Tech Stack including: Instantly, Website, Mailchimp, Meta ads, Zapier, Pipedrive.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing with strong marketing operations expertise
- Ability to learn new technology quickly
- Experience with Meta Ads
- Experience with Cold Email Marketing
- Experience in Financial Services Marketing
What Success Looks Like
- First 90 Days: Full ownership of the inbound funnel, reporting clarity, and campaign optimization underway & receive full time offer.
- 6 Months: Consistent growth in MQL volume and quality, improved conversion rates, and scalable campaign systems in place. Full ownership of marketing achieved.
1 Year: A predictable, high-performing inbound engine that reliably supports revenue growth. Potentially discussing CMO Promotion
