Content Creator Strategist

Overview

We’re looking for a Content Creator Strategist to shape and capture our venue’s short-form content. This role blends trend-driven creativity with hands-on shooting during live shows. You’ll come up with fresh, platform-native ideas—and then bring them to life on-site using professional cameras, including a 360 cam.

 

Responsibilities

Create and pitch short-form content concepts for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts

Stay ahead of emerging trends, sounds, formats, and storytelling styles within music and nightlife

Attend live shows and shoot high-quality video content using professional cameras and a 360 camera

Capture performances, crowd energy, behind-the-scenes moments, and venue atmosphere

Collaborate with internal teams to align content with upcoming shows and campaigns

Organize and deliver footage efficiently for editing and posting

Experiment constantly with new formats to evolve our digital presence

 

Qualifications

Experience creating short-form video content, ideally in music, nightlife, or live events

Deep understanding of social media platforms and trends

Comfortable shooting in fast-paced, low-light environments

Experience with professional camera equipment (360 camera experience is a plus)

Creative, proactive, and confident pitching new ideas

Genuine passion for live music and nightlife culture
