What is my day to day like?  

As an intern with our Marketing team, you’ll have the opportunity to work with a team responsible for building and promoting our brand identity, reputation, and visibility in the marketplace; with the aim of shaping how customers perceive and interact with our products. This is an excellent opportunity to expand your knowledge of marketing and dive into the food service industry and sustainability trends. Your typical day-to-day will include but is not limited to:

  • Assisting the sales team with incoming requests. 
  • Conducting and completing analysis of competitor products. 
  • Assisting with new product launches. Including creation of sales materials 
  • Conducting research on trends in the food service industry and sustainability. 
  • Assisting with updating marketing collateral and creating videos. 
  • Reviewing collateral to ensure accuracy and consistency as it relates to artwork, trademarks, claims, and technical data. 
  • Reviewing industry publications and websites to understand market trends. 
  • Providing unique ideas and recommendations as you see fit.  

 

What makes a person successful in this position. 

  • College student seeking degree in Marketing, or Business related field. 
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Programs including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, & Outlook
  • Highly collaborative, effective problem-solving skills, and excellent communication skills. 

 

What will my schedule be like?

During the course of the Summer Internship Program, you will work M-F up to 40 hours a week. A typical day will be 8:30 am-5:00 pm with a break for lunch. Remote work opportunities are available 2 days a week with prior manager approval.
