Marketing & Visual Design Intern

GreenMind | Richmond, VA (Hybrid or Remote Possible)

GreenMind is a boutique functional nutrition practice focused on gut health, mental wellness, and metabolic health. We’re looking for a creative, organized Marketing & Visual Design Intern who’s excited to support our growing brand and help bring our ideas to life visually and digitally.

This role is ideal for someone who loves design, enjoys organizing content and systems, and wants hands-on experience in marketing, branding, and digital workflows within a health-focused business.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Design and organize client-facing handouts, guides, and educational materials
  • Support the creation and organization of sales funnels and lead magnets
  • Assist with marketing messaging across email, social media, and digital downloads
  • Help build and format email sequences and opt-ins (with guidance)
  • Maintain organization of marketing assets, templates, and files
  • Support special projects related to launches, programs, and content creation

 

Tools You’ll Use

  • Canva (required)
  • Flodesk (experience preferred)
  • ManyChat (a plus, but not required)
  • Google Drive / Notion or similar organization tools

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong visual eye and attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
  • Comfortable following systems and style guidelines
  • Interest in marketing, design, wellness, or digital media
  • Reliable, proactive, and eager to learn

 

Bonus (Not Required)

  • Familiarity with Instagram or digital marketing workflows
  • Interest in health, nutrition, or wellness brands
