Business Development Intern - Dairy, Deli, & Gourmet

The intern program is a 10-week program. Interns are expected to work on-site M - Th, 32 hours per week. Salary will be $20/hour.
Responsibilities:
- SKU rationalization and growth opportunity analysis
- Competitive landscape and pricing architecture study
- Standardized workflow mapping (process optimization)
- New item pipeline and innovation dashboard - menu data
- Margin and profitability deep dive.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university
- Excellent written & verbal communication
- Strong organizational & time management
- Adaptability & multitasking
- Problem-solving & critical thinking
- Teamwork & interpersonal skills
