Mortgage Loan Officer

No prior mortgage experience is required—we provide paid training, cover all licensing costs, and give you the tools, coaching, and support needed to become a successful Mortgage Loan Officer.
What You’ll Do
- Learn the fundamentals of mortgage origination, brokering, lending, products, and guidelines
- Follow up with prospective borrowers and guide them through the loan process
- Build rapport and long-term relationships with clients
- Educate & guide current & prospective home owners through their real estate financial goals
- Work closely with processing, underwriting, and management
- Develop strong sales, communication, and customer-service skills
- Participate in mentorship, hands-on training, and ongoing coaching
